Company Background
Data Resources is a privately held company headquartered in Newtown, PA. Originally founded in 1996 as Insight Marketing Systems, we began by developing custom databases and reporting systems for Fortune 500 companies in the greater New York City area. Since then, we have expanded operations to offer industry-specific products, subscription data services, corporate consulting and IT support services, and a variety of marketing and direct mail services. We currently service clients throughout the United States.

Our Work
We currently have over 300 active installations of our Market Prospector, Property Reporter, and other related software solutions in the United States. We have also successfully completed over 100 custom software engagements since our inception, many of which are still active.
We have experience in many industries and at multiple organizational levels. To date we've created applications for companies in the following industries: insurance, financial services, consumer packaged goods, entertainment, fashion apparel, modeling, medical billing, legal, real estate, and home services.

Data Resources has built extensive consumer databases on over 5 million homeowners in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. We collect real property data, assessment data, home sales data, and mortgage data from local, county, and state government agencies as well as third party data collection companies. Our data is updated each month, cleaned, and placed into a fully searchable database that anyone can use.
New Jersey: Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Salem, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren counties. Pennsylvania: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
