Step 1: Pick County
When Market Prospector is started, the initial screen is the "County Selection" screen. You simply pick the county you wish to work with and click the "OK" button to continue.
We have all 21 NJ counties and 13 PA counties to choose from. Subscribe to as many as you need!
Step 2: Set Search Fields
Next, the "Search" screen is displayed. Here, you simply "drag" selection fields from the Selection List to the Request Summary. Fill out the form that pops up and continue to add fields as needed. Sort any fields ascending or descending too.
When you're done, click the "Continue" button. The search will take only seconds to complete!
Step 3: View Results
By default, your results are displayed in a report view. You have 5 basic report templates to choose from, and all can be previewed, printed, and exported to all common file formats. With a few clicks, you can print envelopes and labels too.
All records can be easily sorted, scrolled, and manipulated. There are no access limitations!
